CANCER, like the Moon, is of the Sentient type. Like water, it is always calm, when confined within the limitations or boundaries of home, and, yet ready to move under the least disturbance, and as quickly returning when so directed. It lacks stability, or firmness, yet clings tenaciously to earth, and earthly things, hence is allied to feminine and maternal matters, local or domestic interests.
